POJOKSATU.id – Tes Kemampuan Akademik (TKA) kini menjadi salah satu momen penting bagi para siswa di akhir jenjang pendidikan.
Bagi kamu yang saat ini duduk di kelas 6 SD, 9 SMP, atau 12 SMA/SMK, TKA adalah kesempatan untuk menunjukkan sejauh mana pemahaman dan kemampuan akademikmu di berbagai mata pelajaran.
Meski hasilnya tidak menentukan kelulusan, TKA tetap memiliki manfaat besar, terutama bagi kamu yang berencana melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang berikutnya lewat jalur prestasi.
Tes ini juga bisa menjadi sarana untuk mengukur kesiapan belajar sekaligus memperkuat kemampuan menghadapi soal-soal berstandar nasional.

Menariknya, pelaksanaan TKA dilakukan secara serentak di setiap sekolah, namun tidak bersifat wajib. Hanya siswa yang menyatakan kesediaannya saja yang bisa ikut serta.
Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Kemendikdasmen) akan mengumumkan jadwal pelaksanaan maksimal tiga bulan sebelum tes dimulai, sehingga para siswa punya cukup waktu untuk berlatih.
Untuk tingkat SMA, simulasi sudah rampung dan ujian dijadwalkan berlangsung pada 1–9 November 2025.
Sementara itu, siswa SMP dan SD akan menjalani TKA pada waktu yang hampir bersamaan, sesuai ketentuan dalam Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Nomor 95/M/2025 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Tes Kemampuan Akademik.
